    Considering where PDL is currently trading. I foresee a large scale back occurring in this SPP.
    Crazy not to take it up considering how much it is currently trading for vs the SPP.
    I feel the scale back will likely be limited to AT MOST 1 new share for each share you own, probably capped to 10K.
    I'll fall off my chair if they honor more, as it is instantly about + 10% gain out of the door.
    What are peoples thoughts?
