What do people think about the distribution?
I do not expect 1;1 allocation as that would mean the NewCo would have 1.8B shares.- too many!
so maybe 1:5 --meaning an allocation for 360 M shares
And if they attach a 20c option to each share that would raise $72 M to fund drilling
any thoughts
