Peter, I'm not convinced either way about a H&S. Every chart tends to produce incomplete ones. In any case, patterns DO NOT have to slavishly play out according to plan.
If you look at the very big picture going back years, charts have head and shoulders peaking in 2007 -2008 which will bring prices down to zero or even negative values....
On the $US... the US dollar index still has to break resistance at 81 for a convincing move up.
