    For those who are interested in more details of the transaction, the CTP website has an updated valuation note on it's website at;

    Some good info and background on the transaction. Sadly they don't ascribe any value to the upcoming $100m in exploration, but have improved the risking of Range (up from 50 to 75%) to offset the loss of value in the producing assets. New valuation sits at 26 cents.
