Gerald has invested a lot of family money in LNU, so has the Kirbys, through his intro, and has trusted Gavin and Chris, possibly quite blindly. Perhaps not knowing the extent of their previous close ties with KIT? He doesn’t have much time IMO on sorting this out to save financial face on many fronts and gain some credibility to LNU. Currently there ain’t much, clearly. There’s only so many cap raises.
