I'm in this for similar reasons:

• outstanding resource with very long mine life - a strategic asset and a steal at $25 M market cap in my view
• competent, well-connected management with a track history of bringing mines into production, and as mentioned, directors hold 29% of shares - always good to see them invested substantially
• the 'high grade feed opportunity" mentioned in the announcement dated 22 April 2021 might lead to shorter payback period, always a good thing if that should actually be the case, and might facilitate obtaining finance
• mining right already in place! - This is a biggie!
• the minor downside I see is the ownership - 74% after approval from South African Department of Mineral Resources
