That sounds like a very good integrated work flow. Easy to use for the consumer and doctor and pretty much guaranteeing its use in the correct scenario. This is a million times better than the solutions implemented by the Australian telehealth providers.
The doctor saying you have 'nothing special' is great news for you, much better than 'you likely have pneumonia and we better get you off to hospital'.
