what we need is the finalisation of the land ownership and the granting of the LI so we can start construction.
without that we are going to have further Capital Raising and hence dilution.
it is time for management to deliver on their own stated timelines -the LI was to be granted in Q1 of this year.
Also they should be able to announce terms of the debt funding from the local bank as this would also give some certainty to costs going forward
I believe it is really flying under the radar and am frustrated with the SP drifting down
