Technically as a company, the news at LTR doesn't affect LSA.
The demerger at LTR is a demerger of their assets, and they had already signed the JV terms beforehand, so LTR is making the choice by themselves as a entity which is separate to LSA.
We tend to speculate and even though we're likely right, which seems to be the case in this situation, in a technical sense the info doesn't exactly affect LSA as the terms of the JV had already been signed prior.
IMO the spin off from LTR will most likely TO LSA as a whole or buy the remaining Koojan % off LSA eventually.
