I also agree with you regarding ESG. The STO purch of the ESG shares from HGO were done at about $1.08, and that for a 19.9% interest. Makes ESG a potential takeover target with some potential for price tension. I regard the STO purch as a defensive move, in case they are interetsed in taking a controlling interest, and to give them a blocking stake. That is why HGO has retained the upside in the ESG shares in thier sale agreement to STO. 50% of the upside if another party takes a 50% stake in the next 18 months, and 100% if STO takes a 50% stake. Makes HGO an attractive play as well.
