I agree. I stayed in because of the current team who seem focused on the work and seem to be clear, honest and logical. In my experience people like that are successful pretty quickly. It’s easy to forget the main thing you are buying when you buy a share is the people.. if they have the right stuff the other bits tend to take care of themselves.
