we all need to take a chill pill. Negotiating large contracts takes considerable time with complexities such as foreign exchange implications, payment terms, how the tests will be administered, shipping terms, are there multiple locations involved, foreign governments bureaucracy, tender documents in foreign language needing to be translated/completed and translated back again. just some of the complexities I can think of. This is not like going to the corner shop to buy a carton of milk!
