it means exactly that- yes Vision it’s in public domain but it’s unpublished in the sense that at present the trial results have been communicated in abstract form for Congress and via Novartis press release , not fully published in a journal - a non issue as I expect it will be.

of course they won’t sue, they’ll be preoccupied meeting a worldwide regulatory submission process. It’s simply a poor look for Nox to ride Novartis coat tails in this way, imo. Comes across as a bit desperate.
Hmmm... Lutetium arm of vision n= 550; Lupin n= 56. Ten fold sample size difference and the Nox crew claiming they’ve added further 4 months survival. Hmmm...
