    Thanks 4profit. That's useful. Company information does not seem too clear on this. I have known two self made billionaires. Still know one, and both gave the same advice. Ask, ask, ask. Don't bluster along, seek info from others with more expertise in areas you are not strong in. We learn more from listening than talking, but do need a good BS filter.
