A Scheme Booklet containing information relating to the Scheme, the reasons for the BINGO Recommending Directors' recommendation, an Independent Expert’sReport opining on whether the Scheme is fair and reasonable and in the best interests of BINGO shareholders and details of the Scheme Meeting is expectedt to be sent to shareholders in June 2021.

BINGO shareholders will be given the opportunity to vote on the Scheme at the Scheme Meeting, which is expected to be held in July 2021 and, if approved, the Scheme would be implemented shortly thereafter13.
