DSV closed late April, to be conservative cash burn of about A1m x April, May, June. Another 6 months of cash burn needed to ride out Cambodia and Thai outbreaks waiting for higher level of vaccination? 6m needed...?

I think a similar sized cap raising is needed as last time. If the vendor was happy with 3.5c last time, perhaps that again, its a 30% discount. 13.5m/ 3.5c = 385m additional shares.

Current shares on issue 1.235b. New shares on issue 1.62b.

Dillution ~24%.

Surely only a few days away from an insider capital injection? Will give some credit though, the intial amount raised and stretching out situation as long as possible is a positive, does indicate some consideration for dillution of existing holders.
