As an existing shareholder I would imagine that if the parts were spun off then
1/ if to a new listed entity then you would receive shares in that entity eg Wes spinning out Coles
2/ if a trade sale eg to an infrastructure fund for cash then a distribution would be made to existing holders
3/ combo of above
4/ TLS will probably still exist but holding which parts I’m unsure ( possibly in their strategy somewhere )
Whatever happens I believe the share price will appreciate well before .
As to whether you hold after I’m not sure .
