duicorp - something may or may not come out these type of claims, however, no revolution has ever been fought and won via apathy

if enough people make enough of the right noise, ignorance from the relevant authorities can no longer be sustained

i applaud raks and those others who have put their hands up (and no doubt, much time & effort) to put CVI's mark smyth on notice - he is just another one of those slippery, slimey mongrels that knows the rules inside out - so, one has little chance of claiming his type as a scalp - ergo, the next best option is to have the 'rules' changed - look at the support ron paul is gaining at having the ultimate shysters, the us fed res., audited - he understands the rules are in their monopolistic favour - simply astonishing that a govt can't audit those who print their own currency - but i guess it is an example of the mountain to be climbed in order to gain some form of parity amongst all market participants

yes, we could all say theses shysters are part of the markets and caveat emptor, etc, etc - or should an attempt be made to stamp out certain practices that puts many (mostly retailers) at a huge disadvantage?

all revolutions are long shots and come at a cost - not unlike ones attempt at 'beating' the markets
