Chinese are all over it and they don't play by any rules. countries fought over oil and natural resources and well in Africa that is still happening and based on that history only certain people would be willing to take that massive risk. I looked at AVZ at 5cents and made the decision based on risk.

and you're saying this is a safer jurisdiction than WA. gosh I hate to say this as I'd class you as an outlier in terms of conventional and normal thinking if you think it's a no brainer but good luck to you. it's your money to lose.
