update from nexus

I have just received this email from NXS FYI:

To clarify the situation - the dispute is between the Longtom project contractor and the subcontractor responsible for the diving operations. Up until late last week there was the potential for the conflict to be resolved and work to recommence with the existing parties. By the end of last week this was no longer the case and we drafted our release and commenced the internal approval process to make a release to the market. At the time of the Investor Presentation on 18 June 2009, we were still targeting a July start and the contracting issues with the charter party had not yet emerged.

The June quarterly report will be published late July once the accounts for the period are completed. As stated in our release Nexus will provide updates in relation to the Longtom first gas date as appropriate.
