I first invested in PLS in August 2017. I made some money from ORE in late 2015 because until 2017 I felt the SA brine was cost superior. The emergence of high Nickel EV batteries using LiOH brought me to Oz Spod.

I recall an article in 2017 from a South African source, describing a new membrane tech to extract Lithium. Unfortunately I can't find it.

Technology breakthroughs in processing Lithium have always been a focus of mine over the years. Experience has proven to me, that until something definite is proven AND on a commercial basis ... then it should be taken with a grain of salt. Right Elon? Salt?

I sold 30% of my PLS stash at $1.11 two weeks ago. I sold the balance (70%) at $1.335 on friday. I can hardly believe it. That's an average sale price of $1.27 and works out to be 5 bags of my original investment.

I may buy back in but as I said I'm stranded overseas. I can reasonably argue my tax residency this financial year but next year may be doubtful. So I felt I had to realise my gain this year. I may never get back to Oz. Clickin my red shoes and saying "I wish I were home" 3 times hasn't worked. I even tried it while playing Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon ... but nothin.

CATL and Ganfeng share prices performed strongly on friday, as did the LIT ETF on friday night. I would expect the PLS share price to be strong monday.
