I wonder the same thing - often!
The Uranium Spot Price is on the increase and there is a lot of information around suggesting a bull run has started and it will likely continue for a number of years. My own Uranium holdings (both on the ASX and the NYSE) have appreciated significantly since I took positions about 6 months ago and I'm holding on for the ride. The best performer for me has been PDN - up just shy of 400% from the 15c I purchased at in Nov-20.

I'm guessing that there will be some trigger point for MEU action based on when the Spot Price gets to a predetermined level. Junction Dam is a significant size and it is ideally placed only 15km from one of only 4 permitted processing facilities in Australia (Honeymoon). The paper value of the Junction Dam asset is continuing to rise with the rising Spot Price so there is no motivation do do anything right now as the expectation is for the Spot Price to rise significantly over the next 1/2/3 years and possibly beyond. To give some context, The Spot Price was as low as USD$17.75/lb back in late 2016 and was USD$24/lb as recently as Mar-20 and USD$28/lb in Mar-21. We are currently sitting at USD$31.73/lb and prices are forecast to be more like USD$40-50/lb through 2023/24 with longer term estimates for a sustainable price towards USD$60/lb seen as very achievable. Some Uranium Bulls are talking about over USD$100/lb.....still nowhere near the USD$140/lb hit back in 2007.

To me, the only question is, when the Spot Price gets to the target value, will MEU sell off the asset or bring in the people to develop it? Either way, there should be some significant Shareholder value realised at some point from this asset - and none of this has been factored into the current SP.
Just a "wait and see" as far as I'm concerned......and whilst this is happening, continue to build the AT and Jumbuck Gold projects in the meantime.
