According to "Change in substantial holder" from Regal today, Regal has been very busy trading ZNO in the last 8 months (from late May 2020 to January 2021), with overall net increase/buy of about 1.1M shares.
Subsequently Regal sold 600K shares in late April, bought 2.5M share last week (3/6) at 70c each.
Overall since May 2020, Regal increased its holdings by about 3M shares.
The special transaction of 2M shares last week on 2/6 and 5M on 3/6 was not sold by Regal. Regal bought half of the 5M transaction on 3/6. Anyone has an idea why the 5M shares on 3/6 was registered as 1 transaction but not multiple transactions (2.5M bought by Regal and the other 2.5M by someone else)? That 2.5M shares at 70c each has got Regal good cheap entry. Who is/are the large sellers last week?
It took Regal over 1 year (since May 2020) to file this "Change ..." notice!!!
