ROTFL. ASX companies make BS claims every day. In 99% of cases they get away with it. The worst that ever happens is a clarification of an announcement or a token fine.
For example:
- The CEO of one ASX company made unsubstantiated (and totally implausible claims) about being a very senior researcher at a major US company and having invented numerous groundbreaking technologies to attract investors to his company.
- Another ASX company announced an unenforceable contract with a worthless shell when they needed to raise capital.
In both of the above cases the ASX did nothing.
