I gave some very simple numbers following the trend back to 1986
and given the extra leap we got 96-06, if we go back to the previous 2 decades when apparently everything was good, not overpriced
we still get $640k average by 2016, a $174k increase in 7 years
with 10% down, its a 50%+ pa return on equity
now what better could you do with a $47k deposit.
