To do that shareholders will need to approve and i can't see them doing it unless its ridiculously high - i certainly won't vote in favour unless the offer is in the double digits. Too many people have gone through too much to meekly sell to blood sucking private equity after all the hard work and heavy lifting is done. KKR has already got rejected by LNK - if they offered to buy out IFL will be two rejections (not necessarily a bad thing either).
