Good question! Why the MD sold at near rock bottom price? He urgently need cash? To get more institutions onto the share registry to support the company? To increase the liquidity - I'm not convinced? Or he is not optimistic in the company future?
Interesting PH didn't give any explanation in the "Change of Director interest" filing. Hopefully the market doesn't react adversely to this news.
