Cappers know its the end of the financial year and are just hoping for more spillage from people who really don't understand the market or may need to adjust their returns to minimise capital gains on other stocks they have sold for profit. Have to free up more cash to buy if the pile builds. Happy for others to take a bite and pick the capper's pocket. No brainer to me.
