As per dgb post I thought the amount of shares given out was excessive and a bit of a slap in the face for the long term holders, who now have a diluted holding, but were also helpful in ousting the previous management.
As I understood it, the originally proposed dilution was adequate to get Cape Flattery going????
Hopefully the extra cash raised will be put to effective use!
