Two points that I want to add on why LJ couldn't hold the SP up:
1) He took his eyes off the ball for the Mar qtr because of the merger: no excuse though.
2) He had to do the CR because he couldn't get corporate type loan from the bank. In the early days when he conducted the first CR, he talked about getting corporate loan to extinguish the Project Debt loan. This would have been a much better choice as it would not dilute shareholding. Obviously he couldn't and yet he need the money to allow him to carry out projects in parallel instead of serially.
