Sells off? What you are seeing is a bunch of whales who got early at 1.8c taking their 10 bags - nothing wrong with this and it is expected.
You can see it in the transaction logs where larger parcels are being eaten up in smaller pieces.

I should add that previous price bidding done by day traders, W3 and followers - they mostly sold out prior to the trading halt.
