Did you have a look at Magellan new product ? (Future Pay)
Perhaps, I am missing something, but the way I understand it : you get an initial yield of around 4.25 %, but if you sell you lose one part of the investment (the mutualisation amount, which is significant, now around 6 % of the NAV).
