I have followed football since age of 5 , so that's for 67 years. I have never before boo-ed a footballer in my life , and certainly never one of aborigine decent, who l admire so much for their skills
But l did boo Adam Goode , for bringing politics and other matters into this game. Charging the spectators behind the goals with spear throwing actions. A Carlton player got fined $5000 once for giving Collingwood spectators behind the goals , the finger up - not charging in a war like manner. Goode was not fined or even contacted by the AFL
I have very little respect for anyone bringing other matters into our game, not just once , but for 3 years. ' All the best football followers
