I intend to agree with Hadja.Drilling needs to take place in Puntland before the market will take Range seriously.
Another farm in (outside of Puntland) really means nothing, it will be seen as just another agreement that will not come to fruition
I hope I am wrong, as I am a long term holder of RRS, but it does get a bit frustrating at times.
