    i would consider it very possible that BG is taking an extra couple of weeks to decide how much they are willing to increase their stake in the JV between themselves and CTP.

    Why would BG risk missing out on the potential that CTP has for such a unsubstantial amount of money. A few million to BG is a pittance... but the reward could be massive.
