    Looks like GLI feel they have enough stock to win vote. Time to move the IDG share price down and win over any IDG holders who still think there is value in the current board.

    There is no benifit to GLI to maintain a high share price in IDG if they think that they have enough stock. They now need to raise the price of GLI to make their paper look better before 17th August.
