Sorry you don't understand.
You do a CR when you think is best for the company, not the shareholders. I'll leave you to think about that. There's a much greater need to raise before if the results are bad, because you can't raise after. and you need to keep paying the bills until you find something you can raise money on again. Anyone can raise after good results. MAN have announced a CR days away from drilling. Using your logic they'd wait until the results.
