It was reported in the AFR that Link were in discussions with the ATO to work out the tax implications for shareholders, and after clarifying they would do the in-specie distribution. Not known is what percentage of the 47% Link own that they will distribute. Doesn't have to be all of it. They may decide to retain a stake in the business themselves while allowing current shareholders some direct exposure to PEXA.
