    See above link. These are the minutes with New Mexico's Environment Department (NMED) just before they approved of MABR's installation at New Mexico's man camp. See below for a description of the project.

    The meeting was with representatives of NMED and the Wastewater Technical Advisory Committee (WTAC) and FLC's representatives. Meeting minutes was dated Oct 2019.

    Technical stuff. But interesting for me to know the inner workings of govt, their considerations, and what hoops FLC has to go through.
