Plenty of misery left in the market too imo with the sideways trading/daily drift down. Today a typical example. Traders push it up 6% on leaked news then no sustainable boost and they have to close out at a loss pushing the price down.

The market is punch drunk with plenty of REITS staggering around waiting for the knockout blow to come. GPT is better off than most but even so the huge number of shares now issued is going to make the climb back long and hard.
