The meeting was an EGM not AGM to ratify certain resolutions re share placements and directorships.
My buddy who attended, told me that the CEO did a presentation, probably the same one recently done in Germany and London, which was most informative.
General feeling was that the London analysts see the stock being re-rated quite strongly in the coming few months.
