Harvett has always appeared to me to have a sharp mind - the "crew" don't seem to like his approach and I in the past encouraged him to move on from providing a different perspective on what is going on here - he might be wrong about the patent position if so the "crew" should be able to easily knock him down in this public forum but I'm yet to read anything close to it and as far as trial timings and announcements well anyone is free to read them and decide for themselves if what's being communicated is what's delivered. The "crew" here from past entanglements always seem to know a lot more or maybe thats just the way they come across - how hard would be for them to simply refute whats being discovered by harvett and others - HC provides the forum for this very thing.
