In my experience most institutional investors involved in a private placement in a small cap exploration company do not take up and then sell for a two cent gain.I bel;ieve they have only participated because the money raised is going to prove up a resource which on current reported results is extremely promising.I regard their take up as a vote of confidence in the company's exploration success so far with hopefully more to come which all shareholdwers will benefit in.
