yep - especially if it’s the 8-10% suggested . Personally I think half a cent per year ( 5% yield ) on current price and higher if one entry is less than 10c ( for a few of us ) would be more than adequate and would barely make a dint on the balance sheet leaving full growth optionality .
Terry Samuel would have paid 9s for his stake as the. In the money options would have been the difference between prevailing SP and 6.1c plus a premium for the time value remaining in options
