The questions I'm asking myself are what would an acquisition by EMR look like and if they are putting something under the microscope what would the attributes be. I'm thinking this:
It might have a resource that is not yet fully sured up and still be under exploration
It might have some relevant licenses already in place ie: mining, environmental studies and waste disposal.
Be cash strapped making further development difficult.
