My gut feel is you wouldn't get into bed with that lot in fit. they deserve each other really.
The Royal Falcon chaps want to get into projects where they have the lion share (after expending their share of the farm in amount agreed up). They dont want to be the minor party.
Could you imagine Glencore? Macquarie? Why not just shoot yourself in the head up front and skip the nightmare part.
No, the deals being done by GMR/JV will see them working up to if not at the outset to control of every project they get into.
