OK accept that sarcasm wasn't intoned in your reply.
My question had more to do with whether anyone might have an opinion as to COULD something that big be fast tracked.
Not so concerned about costs as reducing carbon emissions is the flavour of the month with pollies and ya never know,
they might come good with funding/concessions to hasten development in the name of votes and recognition.
Now I'm being cynical.
