I am inclined to but I doubt i'll get them at 17.5c, which is not equitable. And there is no apparent need to underwrite a SPP/rights offer.
Why do price sensitive announcements to closed market and do the offer at the same time? That is dubious. There was no price discovery on this new news. So perhaps these instos are in reality getting a bigger discount.
The more I think about it the more i think they will do a renounceable rights issue. It would be risky not to based on how they did the capital raise.
