I don't think anyone even the team at WCU is stupid enough to progress into turning one ounce of dirt without contracts in place. Simply they wont do it.

Some of you people live in Gameboy Land.

I expect some form of contracts are be being negotiated now. The contracts must include:
1. Tolling ore through the local treatment plant;
2. Yellow cake sales contracts.

I understand Sciano is in Utah currently on WCU business.

I have no doubt WCU will move up strongly when (if) these contracts are announced. But don't assume anything. The SP is where its at most likely because significant issues are yet to be resolved.
