When to buy is hard ....on open it will jump but by between 11am and 1pm when all the brokers and traders have lunch you may see a mini sell off (like it has been doing for a while now) before running into the close. These guys have many more ann to come however depending on this off take it may never slip (as US investors will then be all over it)....spread the order over the day if you can ....keep in mind this IO price is now $220 per dmtu and the previous owners (Richmond mining in 2013) did their BFS when the price was below $120 per dmtu and still had a NPV of way inexcess of US$950m with a free after tax cash flow of A$670m for the 10 years....so a price of between $2 and $4 (as per Rodney Hooper) is easy IMO
